Towards the end of this morning meeting, I some how believes that each and everyone of us have our own agenda..... Serving ones agenda comes first and because of this, you can see conflicts surfacing here and there, now and again. TO make matter worst there may be some who knows abit here and there but insisted that they knew everything that is working about the system, arguing with those who are trying to prove him wrong. Admist all confusion no one wanted to give way....and the whole affair drags on. And so the whole morning is almost gone....Let's go for lunch, don't come back thereafter.
Well....that's what I called "own agenda" rules...among all of us, the workforce! Otherwise, we should have been the entrepreneur himself.
